Questions

Who owns everything?

You do. Every account, automation and API key is created in your business's name. If we part ways, it all keeps working.

Which tools do you use?

Claude or ChatGPT for the team workspace, Make for automations by default, and whatever project tool you already run on. If you already use Zapier and someone on your team can manage it, we build there.

What about client confidentiality?

We check your client contracts first. Brands with restrictions get a locked setup or are left out entirely, and nothing sensitive goes into an AI tool without written approval.

What happens when something breaks?

Monitoring catches it, usually before you do, including automations that run and quietly produce nothing. On a care plan, fixes happen within one business day.

What happens to my answers in the booking chat?

The booking chat is an automated assistant, not a person. Your answers are attached to your booking so Bryce can prepare for your call, and they're covered by our privacy policy. Please don't share client or customer personal data.
